Only licensed use of software is permitted unless agreed otherwise in writing. Use of the software not in accordance with the agreement is a breach of these terms.
The license key is issued to the Unique ID of the computer where Andriller is used, and cannot be used simultaneously on a different computer. However, the license can be transferred from one PC to an other.
The license key is only valid for the period it was issued for. Expiry date is specified on the license issue page, and on the generated license issue e-mail.
The licensed end user is eligible to any software update releases during the validity of their license period, whether trial or licensed.
The software comes with limited support for trial license holders, and with enhanced support for paying or cooperative license end users. Any support enquiries should be directed to the details found on the contact page.
Support is limited to Andriller usage and decoding features only. We do not offer support for device specific approaches using advanced techniques, rooting, out of scope data extraction, lockscreen credentials acquisitions, or physical extractions methods.
Andriller content decoding capabilities may greatly vary due to Apps updates, manufacturer specific or Android version features.
Data decoded using Andriller cannot be guaranteed to be always accurate; it is strongly advised verifying the data manually or using a secondary tool.
